Forget how good of a hockey player, hard worker & team leader Adam Graves was, his accomplishments off the ice was far greater. I personally know how much Adam touched peoples lives and helped out with so many charities & causes, many times with little to no public image concious. He did it because that's who he was & that's how he was raised.

Tom Laidlaw was a good steady defenseman for the Rangers. Esposito had no clue what he was doing. He changed players every week and had defenseman playing forward. Just very very clueless as a GM/Coach. I will say he did draft good players but his constant trading sealed his fate and those good young players excelled under Roger Neilson

This may not technically be his first NHL goal. He scored in Game 5 of the 2008 playoffs against Pittsburgh. I think they count the regular season and playoff stats differently though.
