The most annoying one is the landlords increasing rent immediately there is a change in the economy as if the house has just been built,pheww
I totally get your frustration! It feels like landlords are always quick to capitalize on any economic change. It's definitely a challenging situation for renters.
Nigeria has a lot of resources and outsiders are using it on our behalf this and we the owner are suffering, this is so sad honestly 😞
It's truly heartbreaking to see how much potential our resources hold, yet so many of us struggle. We need to advocate for better management and equitable distribution.
I really wish the Government could look into this mess 😢. How can someone work for a whole year and use the savings to pay rent even to buy land is difficult for a poor man ,this is so sad .
