      @@NurjahanNirjhor-en5wj correction here, The correct version of the sentence is: "I tried, but I couldn’t." Here are the corrections: "was tried" should be "tried" because "was tried" is incorrect in this context. "Tried" is the past tense of "try," and "was" is unnecessary. "but" indicates contrast, we need comma after that, and then it's followed by "I couldn’t" (meaning you were unable to do something).

    To begin with, the image elucidates full of felicity child. Can I write this ☝️☝️☝️??

    • @onestopacademyenglish
      @onestopacademyenglish 18 днів тому

      Good job! The sentence is almost correct, but it needs a slight adjustment to make it more grammatically correct and natural. Here’s a refined version: "To begin with, the image elucidates a child full of felicity." "Full of felicity" is a phrase that means "full of happiness" or "full of joy." It describes the state or condition of the child. On the other hand, "felicity child" is not correct because "felicity" is a noun, not an adjective. In English, adjectives describe nouns, so you can't directly place a noun like "felicity" in front of another noun like "child" to describe it. Instead, you need to describe the child as being "full of felicity," where "full of" acts as a descriptive phrase. So, "a child full of felicity" is the correct way to express that the child is very happy or joyful.

      I would appreciate it if students or viewers could give me honest feedback. What is working for you, and what should I change? What should I include, and what should I remove? This way, I can improve my content and be more helpful. One question: Should I edit the listening and speaking parts in "Mixed Language Skill?" Should I edit when I write in the "interactive writing section" and instead explain the structure of what I write to help you with your writing? Are videos too long? Are you watching the whole video? Or are you skipping some parts? Which parts do you skip? I need data for this to improve my videos. Your answers will help me improve my teaching on UA-cam. If you answer all these questions, I will correct your language in the response. It can help you with your writing skills.

    Do u have any prediction regarding 14 September exam

    • @onestopacademyenglish
      @onestopacademyenglish 21 день тому

      Are you taking Academic or general tests? While it's impossible to predict the exact content of the IELTS exam on September 14, 2024, there are common trends and topics you can prepare for. Writing Task 1: Practice summarizing and comparing data in graphs, charts, or maps. Writing Task 2: Focus on essay topics like education, technology, environment, and health, and develop clear arguments with examples. Speaking: Be prepared to discuss familiar topics such as hobbies, travel, and work, and aim to speak fluently and coherently. Reading: Expect diverse passages on science, history, and social issues; practice skimming and scanning for quick information retrieval. Listening: Familiarize yourself with conversations and lectures, focusing on key details and main ideas. For more targeted preparation, consider using recent cue cards and practice tests.

      Strategy is wrong answer. The correct word is "struggle." So the complete sentence is: "The protagonist's internal struggle mirrored his external battle against the forces of evil." The word "struggle" fits because it refers to a difficult effort, often against obstacles or challenges. In this context: The internal and external challenges are both battles, hence the use of "struggle" to describe the internal aspect taking the clue from Str _ _ _ _ _.
