I'm glad you had a good experience with narcissus fine jewelry, I just want to put out here that this company BUYERS BEWARE...This company doesn't stand behind their product. I was gifted a pair of earrings Diamon0d Huggies with Drop Bezel Diamond 900.00.I wore these earrings ONE time and couldn't get the earring to open up to get it out of my ear. I asked for a shipping label so I could send them back (mind you my earring is still in my ear because I can't remove it the hinged id stuck) He (Lakis) Im assuming he's the owner told me I would have to send them back so they could look at and he assured me the earring were fine when they shipped. Well MR LAKIS there're defected. this what he sent me I'm sorry, but I cannot accommodate that request. 1) The earring was in excellent condition. 2) Earrings can only be returned if they are defective. 3) Your inquiry was made 14 days after the delivery date. I had to go to the fire station to get them removed. AGAIN THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WORE THEM FIREMAN TOLD ME THE HINGE WAS DEFECTED

Congrats on the new jewelry pieces! The necklace you said was a snake chain I'm pretty sure is a herringbone chain. Unfortunately they do sometimes get kinked which is what I think happened to yours (or your moms). I don't think it can be repaired but feel free to check with a jewelry professional. I had the same thing happen to my herringbone chain in the 1980's and was told then that it could not be fixed. But its many years later now so who knows. Thanks for sharing! ❤ 😊
