I met Lauren Smith officially back in 2022 at Wodapalooza. I knew her as a woman with a beautiful UK accent who worked as a CrossFit sideline reporter. But reporting for CrossFit was just the tip of the iceberg of her very well-decorated resume as a reporter and presenter.
I sat down with Lauren to learn more about her career in the sports reporting world, how she ultimately landed a gig at the 2024 Olympics, balancing life on the road with owning a CrossFit affiliate, and so much more!

On the DJI mic you have to change the audio settings from "mono" to "stereo" This is also something you could have done in post so the audio doesnt come from two seperate speakers during the conversation.
