Why the f this wonderful song was totally forgotten from all 2Pac's projects ? It is a mystery... It only appears in first tracklists of All Eyez on Me...

Is the song finished ? Could it waiting for another verse ? from 2Pac ? from another guest ? The song does not appear in Thug Life Volume 2 tracklists, so why was it recorded for ?

In the original leak, there is an empty instrumental space for a full verse... Was it for 2Pac ? The song does not appear in Thug Life Volume 2 so the song was maybe left unfinished like that or it was waiting for another Death Row guest why not Daz, Kurupt or any other for the Thug Pound project...

The next day they recorded that song, 2Pac presumably recorded "Never Call U Bitch Again" over the exact same beat with the same Danny Boy chorus... The chorus was then erased from the new song and added with a new Jewell chorus during One Nation.

The song disappeared from the 2nd tracklist of Thug Life Volume 2... I wonder if 2Pac put the song on Thug Pound (because being a Dr. Dre/DPG kind of sound) or if he totally scrapped it because of his beef with Dr. Dre (I'd say he put the song on Thug Pound, and the beef with Dre could be the reason why they scrapped the Thug Pound album). Another thing is that Gonzoe said he recorded a verse for the song... It could be much later for the Outlawz album as a replacement for Big Syke's verse (maybe in May when 2Pac wanted to reuse Thug Life 2 tracks for Outlawz LP or even later - his name appears in Ghetto Starz album guests...).

Nice choice of cover ! Funny that Mopreme's face does not appear in it... You collected leftover tracks from All Eyez on Me times but it lacks some songs appearing in handwritten tracklists of the album : Hit Em Up Part One, Secretz of War, Fair Exchange (disappeared from the 2nd tracklist), Fuck Em All, If They Love Their Kidz, Jack Move, He Vs She and Still Ballin.

This song was clearly a very important part of Me Against The World pt. 2 shelved album, not of Thug Life Volume 2. The concept of "Changed Man" immediately refers to the topic of the album, the photoset with Dave LaChapelle (2Pac washing himself for becoming a new man). The concept was probably already in 2Pac's mind in prison (referring to Carlito's Way beginning).
