Strategies for Superior Real Estate Investing
Real estate investing shouldn’t be like managing a full-time job. Your goal should be building your balance sheet, not managing more responsibilities. In this workshop, we will share our strategies for superior real estate investing.
You will learn the basics of real estate joint ventures and partnerships. We will review the necessary documentation for executing a transaction. You will be introduced to the transactional cost of doing a real estate deal. You will be able to identify the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved. We will also review a case study of a joint venture deal.
