Is Germany Military band the best Globally in playing Foreign National Anthems?

National Anthems of China, India, Kenya, UK, USA, Russia & Italy played by Germany military band at Bellevue
Execution and performance wise, yes (as a Canadian musician, I think they play La Marseillaise than almost anybody else - that arrangement for a military band of the Musikorps der Bundeswehr's calibre always gives me goosebumps hearing it.)
Why do other countries even play their own national anthems? Just use the German version for everything!

Me here from the small nation of kapia. We play good, but Deutschland is better at playing.
From this clip, they’re okay. I can see why non-musicians are so impressed, but anyone with a background in band/orchestral arrangements sees these performances as basic renditions. Nothing stands out as either great or bad, but rather standard expectations.❤
It is a standard, I agree but impress, even conductor with restraint expression in uniform. Normally conductor would have more gesture than.
There is no freedom for special arrangements in diplomatic service. What stands out is the execution, which is without doubt one of the best in the world, and the orchestration which is somewhat unique to German military bands.
I'll agree and disagree. I'm an arranger myself, and I've heard these guys play La Marseillaise more than once, and it's **beyond anything you call 'basic'**. Execution wise on every other country's arrangement, they're beyond decent, but especially on La Marseillaise.
