Thanks for making and sharing that video. I would have most likely over-torqued that top idler pully bolt and broken the brittle cast bracket, so many thanks for that warning. 16 lb.ft or approx 22 N.m

" you'd expect it to manage snowier road conditions" why? because it looks like it's got 4 wheel drive🤣 you've essentially got a normal fwd car, but it's heavier, and summer tyres on; and then wonder why the wheels spin when you haven't cleared any snow away from them. All need was clear a foot in front of the tyre so has enough space to get moving or, as you did, some grit....and hey, it moved. then you proceed to drive perfectly find on some snowy car parks (not surprising as it was full of other cars that had made it)...and then you say it's no good in snow. you need to check out the 2wd winter tyres vs 4x4 summer tyres to learn something about traction. ua-cam.com/video/atayHQYqA3g/v-deo.html the thing between the wheel and and the road is kind of important

Just had these fitted too and the engine definitely vibrates in idle buy not noticeable while driving, another thing I noticed is when I start her up the engine jolts slightly probably due to the stiffer fit

Them are Xenons with Led DLR"s. Nice Qcar! M3 beater when it's raining like 2/3 of the year in the UK! I've just got an optioned up 335D Xdrive F30, it's mega! A tip for you, BMW temp gauge is oil temp, not engine temp! Oil takes way longer to warm up than coolant. Most other cars tell you water temp! Massively different thing! Oil temp being in sweet zone is when you can abuse the car without fear of damaging it with revs! Not good practice beating an engine up before it's oil has warmed up!
