It is about how much alcohol you are consuming. Moderate drinking means one drink per day for women and two drinks per day for men. When you start to consume more than moderate amounts, your drinking habit is characterized as binging. How much ...

An alternative inspiration by {5:32} And the idea to detox the overdose by: Depending on length/duration of taking substances that has effects on body, More likely to detox, the process is same, TIME to heal. Substances remain mainly inside blood that may change in every 3 months but inside other organs or vessels may also need to remove. Very unfortunately toxins remains behind fats inside body. Those fats can be anywhere on body as toxins can be there for long without letting body know their existence. After withdrawal, a few anti-depressant or other drugs may be used to get the hit in n body to have a start and It does work. However, Those hidden toxins behind fats may have reactions in coming days as allergies or rash or other forms or even get the previous cravings back in some cases. During withdrawal period, Its also very powerful idea to get sweating as much as possible to get rid of those perilous substances or part of substance that are hidden inside body. A highly recommended one is to get physical movement to pump up heart & to sweating same time, the withdrawal process completed or the blood is changed by 3 months. Risk in further days are much lower, if these toxins fully removed (or as much as possible) to get the best possible outcome. And preferable to have warm water or lemonade to boost up the process. Value of Having a healthy body is only understood by those, Who is in hospital beds. Kind regards

Ooop ok I was with him up until the “Man Brain Penis” thing … like he’s not “wrong” I get what’s he’s suggesting about physiological stuff related to genitals but it’s also about folks relation to them, and not all men have penises, and not all people with penises relate to it the same way. The same goes for emotions in relation to intimacy or sex, those are socially learned, enabled or suppressed.

I was addicted to cannabis for a long time. Too much is not good for you because you have to deal with people who want put you on other drugs via prescription by a doctor or psychiatry. And that is a vicious circle, with way more destructive drugs than a smoking a joint. I smoke once every week now for my epilepsy and other healing benefits that weed provides. But this is my opinion and it helps me personally..to defend myself from headinvaders, citizens with a policecap on their head all the time. I shout and raise my voice because everyone is so toxic, judgemental, misinformed and invasive. And I don't care if they put me in the fascist corner mental health category...😂

I’ve struggled w so much of this from depersonalizing to depression, anxious attacher, self doubt, feeling like a bad apple…..and it’s hard to understand where it comes from because I really had loving, attentive parents… I know they worked a lot and I didn’t like that but on the other hand they were present for every baseball game and holiday etc.. very supportive… yet I’ve always felt unsupported. When I was 4 I did witness the challenger space shuttle explode from my front yard in Florida and noticed feeling of doom and anxiety after that.. but despite a great deal of personal work and progress much of this shadows me still to this day

Let me finish throwing kerosene on everything, I'm not smart enough to kill myself, I realize that now. Last time I seen a doctor was when I popped 78 Tylenol PMs two bottles of 40 pills, on my way walking to turn myself in to jail. I remember the jail was full so they turned me away after that I have no idea. What the hell happened I kind of remember the hospital I kind of remembered a bunch of blacks trying to jump me and then I remember standing on McHenry at the Walmart. Puking out my guts. So I'm not going to attempt suicide, Now fast forward to last month when I tried to have the cops kill me instead, So I jumped out of the truck hoping they'd shoot me instead they just bean bag me and tased me. Next time, having the cops do it is a more manly way to go. Here's the video link to my other page. ua-cam.com/users/shortsmO5LvLFgyYM?feature=share

I am delivering a sermon to you 🙏😊 please read Consistently Pray for forgiveness, guidance in a good (positive) direction, and for help against evil. Pray to be saved from hell (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. Do it and your life will slowly get better, or maybe quickly. It probably just depends on you and the kind of person you are/have been. Don't wait until its too late and you have to suffer the consequences of built up bad karma from immoral acts/unrepented sins. Maybe together we can help make the world a better place by changing ourselves for the better, and changing things around us for the better. And addressing/thanking the CREATOR, LORD GOD at the beginning and end of your prayers would be a good idea 😊 Or just be my friend if you don't want to say the prayer 😄 I'm trying to help you get right with the LORD 🙏 Amen. I have worded a short prayer for you to say if you are not sure what words to use, it may not be the best but here it is 😊 '' CREATOR, LORD GOD, Please forgive me and my friends and my family for our immoral acts, please help guide us in a positive direction and please help us against evil. Please save us from Hell and have mercy on our souls. Thank you CREATOR, LORD GOD. Amen. '' Please say this at least once a day for at least a month, do it longer if you want to and can 🙏 You should prostrate yourself if you don't want to do spoken prayer, or do both 🙏😊 Please worship the LORD GOD and not any idol. Please put your hands together 🙏 bow your head and say this prayer: "CREATOR, LORD GOD, please know that I worship you and not any idols. Thank you for everything CREATOR, LORD GOD. Amen" Say ' Om Namah Shivaya ' out loud or in your head 108 times, or try to do it 1008 times 😊 try to do it everyday if you want repeat this aloud for as long as you want to, try to do it for like an hour a day or say it in a prayer "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner" You can also say this prayer once a day or repeat it aloud as many times as you would like to: "Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen." Thessalonians 5:16-18 "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." "O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You!" Repeat this aloud at least 3 times or as many as you want, do it everyday if you can 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I apologize for all the words 😊 I know how it may look

I have a lot of respect for Mr. Ross and his work, especially the stuff revealing more about dissociation, trauma and the severe torture and trauma that causes so-called "schizophrenia" and "dissociative identity". This torture had effects on my own family and in regard also to ritual abuse. But I would caution Mr Ross, and stress that in my experience, (having grown up being labelled and in a family that was overmedicated and overlabelled), that it is a disservice to call these things "disorders", especially since it deeply affects the identity of the child diagnosed with such fishing labels. The truth is we are living in a dying and confused and violent civilization. The symptoms of existential harm are natural reactions to the severe violence and abuse. The doctors should have listened to Karl Jaspers and Jean Gebser and learned acategorical/aperspectival methods of labelling. "Dissociative behavior" is better than "dissociative disorder". Mental-emotional phenomena are quasi non-visible and tricky to understand, since so much depends on the consciousness and perception of the victim or client. Kids become hyper-identified with the label and it leads to more compounding feelings and identities of shame. Karl Jasoer advocated using labels in private and/or only with other professionals, as a method of streamlining client data and research. He cautioned against using these labels publically. I advocate for new ways of doing this. Psychiatry has a very dark history. Kellogg's reputation for mutilating young girls for instance, or the details covered in some of Ross' books.

Would add the sensation of feeling stupid to the list of emotional responses to being abused by someone close. A sense of being a mark - gullible, vulnerable, useless. Even knowing you’re not bad but obviously deserving of the acts because you’re so dumb as to not see it coming. Random violence is one thing. Letting someone get close enough to do it over and over again…that’s on you. So the voices say…

Do math paroblems , like soduku , Too much energy ?
