While my pool was filling up, it was leaving dirt rings on the floor of the new white plaster. The afternoon winds always get strong in my backyard. As soon as my pool was filled, I brushed that night but the dirt rings are not going away yet. I'm on day 2 of brushing and started to pour muriatic acid a quart at a time every hour or so to lower the ph. Any thoughts if the dirt rings will go away?
Hi, yes, wind can bring lots of debris. In your case, I would use a firmer brush-try a small metal brush and use stain-out. Since it's just the surface, it should come out. Also, too much acid will cause premature deterioration of your new plaster.

my newly built pool as soos as they filled it water, they left and i havent heard from them, its already 15 days since it was build.
Is the pool payed for? I have the same deal, I went to my local pool supply store and they have been a life saver, I take a sample of my water and they test it for free and let me know what to do and how and why real life saver or pool saver

Do I need to brush pool 2 times a day after replaster?
Yes it’s highly recommended. Depending on pool finish this may vary always consult with the manufacturer of the product you’re applying or the installer recommendations.
The pool supply store told me the first 2 weeks are the most important for a plaster pool , keeping the PH level where it should be and brush the walls and floor twice a day with the pump running 24 -7
