The fact is that Rafi Saab does not only have fans who are now living. He has millions and millions of fans who were living during his lifetime and who are now no more in this world. Add them altogether and without exaggeration we will have over a billion of Rafi Saab fans. Bharat Ratna to Rafi Saab is a debt which needs to be settled by the Indian government. It is long overdue.
