@@CT2507 Listen close. Options more times are not going for oversized is kinda of something that can be treated like going for pb of each carp. If your looking to just farm throw smaller amount of mix and down size hook size maybe 6/0 to 7/0 less fight and repairs more money that way. Carp fiahing cost alot. This video is ment to teach how to mix and decide what you want to do. Nothing wrong with Sturgeon other then its gets boring quick. Always good to learn every lake and learning how to spod helps you later on.

@@RoadWarrior88- Yea, I get what you mean. I was thinking of downgrading hook size, go for smaller fish and not suffer such a beating on my gear. And probably my comparison is not fair, since my gear at lvl 50 for the sturgeon was already OP, whereas for carp it's still weak. Cheers.

Btw, Rex used Mouse and Topper lures a bunch but in the rules under "details" it states that you can only use Frogs, Walkers and Poppers. Would you happen to know if they have changed the rules for this year or if those are just broad terms?

Well done on what’s looking like a certain qualification. I as soon as I saw that the patriot walker was the lure for the stripped bass I knew I was screwed after losing both mine the other day. I did manage to scrape together a 193 pound score which was not enough. But I am getting better all the time so will hopefully manage to qualify in the Christmas giants comp. But anyway good luck with the semi finals.I will be watching.

@@mochfajarsuryoatmojo3666Depends bro I would focus on being each rotation 15 minutes reall time so ar island 15 beach 15 then rinse and repeat. Also sometimes carp will not hit and Sturgeon will be slow. Very up and down comp.

that 30 feet spot at infinity tunnels usually works better with regular old shrimp, 2/0 or 3/0 hook, and many of the other spots where there are only commons usually work a bit better with shrimp, since the freshwater prawns typically target the trophy and uni... many different ways to play this comp... you can even use shrimp only once you've caught the uni
