There are several ‘issues’ with this property such as the lack of garage, no dedicated cinema room, the swimming pool could’ve been constructed way bigger as it’s more akin to a oversized bath-tub to name but a few… I attended an open day a couple months ago and another issue is the current estate agent (NOT the one who’s posted this video) is a pompous twat who acted as if you were going into the Sistine Chapel and that you should feel humbled by such. It’s one thing to set a guide price a full 20% lower than what the owner’s hoping for JUST to raise interest in a property but it’s another to treat prospective clients as imbeciles.
Lovely house, but there must be a reason why it isn’t selling. Originally, up for £5.5 million, now £4 million.
Back to 5 Million now.. I offered 3.5 Million they didn't accept..
Despite all that opulence British houses are inevitably flawed. Cheek by jowl with the neighbours and no thought to garaging.
