The mission of Galli & Cassina, established in 1919, was to provide valves to the growing domestic markets. Supplying to the country’s chemical industry followed, and by 1991, the company had outgrown the Milan factory it had resided in since constructed in 1930, and moved to Solaro, 30km away.

The physical nature of this move coincided with a commercial transition into the oil and gas market and the company hasn’t looked back since.
