What gets me with some of these contestants is why they think they're clever enough to be on a show like this. Who tells them they're smart, brainy, clever. This girl was thicker than the rubber on a tractor tyre, and those weren't difficult questions.

If someone was asked which of these two contestants took home prize money, Les or Hannah, after seeing both their cash builders but didn’t know what else happened (Les got £14,000), it’s obvious which one they’d guess won. To say that they should be blown away would be an understatement - their guess would be wrong. How did Shaun get three more questions right than a £14k player did?!

The problem is most of the cash builder questions are catered to TV shows that were popular half a century ago and a mix of random pop culture questions, so unless you're old or very invested in modern television you're pretty much going to do terrible.
