Nice. I have the same VTEC prelude that my oldman bought off the show room floor in 1996. Planning on refurbing but prelude parts and aftermarket are very limited.

This is ridiculous as the prelude is NOT an off the line car. Its magic is in 3rd and 4th gear working Vtec and the redline. That is where it is special. You have to wind them to 30 or 40 MPH and then in 3rd gear just about 5,000 RPM is where the beats awakens. One of the funnest cars in history in that range even with FWD, and I prefer a 4th gen VTEC to an s2000. It is a special car but NOT for off the line dragging.

Had a red one in high school, blew the h23 motor did an engine swap to an h22 but the computers were not just plug n play so never got the full power from the h22 so then I sold it. Great cars! Wish I still had it. Good times
