I never see a dog on these teams like looks like a stereotypical sled dog. Why is that? These all look like hounds of one kind or another, and it's pretty dang cold out there. Also, is there no weight handicap for these races? The women (and I am one!) usually win, but then the women are smaller and lighter than the men.

I was a kid when they started it up in the 80s. Most of my time was spent at jake correls tent learning. I competed and beat the mens black powder shoots, tomahawk and knife at age 7. Last time i went in the early 2000s after i got out of army, i went to go compete in the black powder shoots again. Was told i wasnt allowed. Since then ive never gone back and never will.

We currently have been using CenturyLink for our internet we do not have many options as we live tout on Mortimore Lane, which in my opinion is not out of city limits in the least bit however we are currently CenturyLink and put supposedly on the highest possible speed. We can't watch net flix or Hulu in our room while the kids play a game on the PS4 that's internet based can you give us something faster and more reliable?
