I am looking for the USB serial adapter that I have seen used in some of your videos. Could you provide a link to where I can buy the actual Benewake adapter to connect my TFMini Plus directly to my computer? Why is it so difficult to find on your website? It's almost like you don't want people to buy your products. I am looking for the actual USB serial adapter made by your company and used in your videos because I am having trouble getting my TFMini Plus to work with Arduino. I am afraid to buy a generic adapter from the Internet because I want to be sure of the configuration. I don't want to waste any more time on this.

I have been using Benewake Lidars for about 3 years. Last week I took my drone out for a flight, but all the sensors were not working. I have been reset on Pixhawk, but no signals. I then tested use GUI, they all okay.

Is there an example arduino code that someone can share so that i can determine if my TFmini plus even works? I tried copying the code in the video but had no success.

I bought this benewake CE 30 D LiDAR a year ago, it suddenly stopped working after its warranty period got over, the status LED's are also not showing anything, when I contacted the Benewake company they said, I have to send the lidar to their company in china and I have to bear all the logistics expenses myself, they didn't even give assurance this will work after they service it. Also, they didn't suggest any calibration methods to fix the issue. Please help me to solve this issue.
