How has there not been a comment IN 12 DAMN YEARS
I met De Gracia when I was as a little girl he is as awesome man
Love him and now I collect his work. Was he a communist like Rivera and Freda though?
I love this place. I miss it. I live in Michigan now but when I lived in Tucson I visited it every year. Thankful I got to see the chapel. I was sad when I heard it burned.
No comments for 9 years????? Incredible! It's great to finally see a video on the Horse in Art History with narration describing the art being shown! Thank you for uploading this "champagnesundaysmag"!

At 2:00 there is a hat behind his son. I met Mr DeGrazia in Duncan AZ. at a local drug store and actually got his autograph. I remember that hat very very well. I don't know if that's the same one but it was a moment unforgettable. He was very kind and after I got his autograph he called me back and wrote To Richard on it for me. I was probably in my early teens I don't remember. I just knew he was from my hometown and he lived his dream. Inspiring.
I went yesterday for the first time with my Mother..I am not a big art guy but this place is so very special! I was sad that I have lived in Arizona for so long and yet this was my first visit :( I will return often that is for sure...as an ASU Alumni I can even get past Ted being a Wildcat... :)
