Iv worked for tui one before a few summers ago now my boyfriend wants to try it so how would we go about a couple placement as we would want to be in the same hotel
Tui are a joke..2 years ago i had my goa flight cancelled 1 month before flight date and i even went into the shop and asked if i was ok as we had heard people were getting cancelled from Manchester to goa and they said your ok..then last march we managed to fly to goa with tui but on arrival bak the next day i went in and booked exactly the same holiday dates flights only and even booked the best seats on the plane which cost a grand more then last Monday got a call again ..flight cancelled..thats twice in 3 year's...and insults to injury i still haven't been refunded..tui are the worst ever ..they want your money but are in no rush to give you it back even wen its there fault...NEVER AGAIN
Never again Tui. Look at your social media feeds. Awful service for the customer by very poor staff. Everyone just passes the buck. Im due to fly out on the 26th Sept 2023. Ive been trying for 24+ days to sort a tiny issue. Promises of call backs, wait, and time wasting. Now been told to make a complaint when i get home. Are you serious? I have proof, screen shots and call recordings as proof. Give Tui a miss...discover your smile and book with a company that gives customer service.

Tui promotes the marine parks which are responsible for Orca deaths.Contact Tui&tell them to stop,ethics should come before profits.
