The Moon is a plasma type object. (short version)
Look at the Moon in a new way. Look for the glowing orbs and filaments. Think of a glowing light bulb. The Moon is far more mysterious than we ever knew.
A slight breeze is enough to cause some camera shake in places but I removed the worst of it.

Nikon P900 Try to retrain your eye to not see a gray rock Moon. Look for shapes, surface textures, bright highlighted areas, and other strange features. It's also much closer than they tell us. Consider if you still think the Moon is what they told us.

Fluorescent light globe starts pulsing during massive thunderstorm. Power switched off.

Second time in about 12 months this effect has happened during a big thunderstorm. Light is in a ceiling fan but when fan is switched off the pulse continues. Unscrewing the bulb stops it pulsing. Seems that the house electrical system is becoming energized enough to fire up the fluorescent filament inside. #electric #storm #lightglobe
