Puzzle is not correct!! 13:20, I need to compare the last column and the 7th column. Overlooked. So the puzzle is solved incorrectly. Otherwise the 7th. column and the last column are identical.

Not familiar with this style, but you made it quite clear. This seems like a rather simple puzzle style, though. Every solution seems based on only two rules: 1) There must be four each of 1's and 0's in each row and column. 2) There cannot be three or more repeated 1's or 0's in the same row or column. Are there any more complicated solves, like sudoku has, or is it mostly a speed solving thing?
