From 3:17 to 3:51, the music playing in this part of the blooper reel is actually from Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home; specifically, the part where Kirk, Bones, Chekov, and Gillian are escaping the hospital. When I saw the movie with my girlfriend yesterday (trying to show her Star Trek, since she is more of a Star Wars fan; we agreed that she'd show me the new Star Wars shows and I would show her Star Trek in return), I realized that the music in that scene was also in this blooper reel. I excitedly pointed that out to her. Can't wait to show her this movie, as well as the blooper reel.

As a life-long Trekkie, I cried for days after we lost the original Spock. Also cried regarding the tragic news of Anton…he barely got going with his wonderful portrayal of Chekov.

Chris Pine seems to be a total goofball and I really adore Zachary Quinto! They didn’t show much of Karl but he’s a fellow Kiwi so I’m sure he also has some silly bloopers!

Once I was dragged through that whole "LOST" TV series fiasco that Abrams did for ABC television, I was done w/ whatever he produced. What a Bizarre and total letdown that Show turned into.

no fault on the late Anton Yelchin who was amazing, but I admit it's quite hard to keep a straight face when he was speaking his lines with that accent right in front of you
