It has been so much FUN helping my friends and clients in their search and closing on their second home in Cabo.

In May 2022 we signed a contract on Pedregal Towers Unit #408 for the FULL listing price of $485K. The unit was listed in the MLS as available at that price. The signed contract was delivered to and received by the listing agent for the developer of Pedregal Towers, Bob Jankovics. The next day we were told by the listing agent that when he presented the signed contract to Mr. Jankovics, he was told to tell us he sold the unit to a friend of his. If the unit had already been sold, why was it STILL listed as available on the MLS? That did not make any sense and it is a violation of MLS rules and regulations to keep a property listed as available if you have accepted a contract. My agent asked to see a copy of his signed and dated contract with his “friend” but that request was never honored and the listing continued to show unit 408 as available. After returning home, I saw Unit #408 was still showing in the MLS as available…BUT now it was listed with a $40K price increase!!! Be careful with who you choose to do business and look into the developer of any property you are considering purchasing. Ask your agent what they have heard or know about the developer. We escaped a complete nightmare in dealing with Pedregal Towers and ended up purchasing a much nicer property, so for that I am truly grateful. By the way, 2 months later unit 408 is still available! Karma.

No view from the condo. But it is near the beach. Also it would be nice if they built a walkway / overpass to COSTCO and Walmart which is just over the highway. You can't go shopping easily without driving quite a distance to cross the highway.
