I was a very positive person before surgery but the surgery seems to have unleashed things that I hid away and never dealt with since I was young. I wrote on another one of your posts giving a little insight to my background.

you are amazing. I was abused when young. I married young and divorced 12 years later. I then ended up in an abusive relationship. I always seem to end up in unhealthy relationships because of my jelly heart thinking that I can fix people.

what do you do when you are surrounded by so many negative people?

I am really behind on videos…Wow you look amazing!!! You are doing amazing!! I too have added a family fitness fun program! We run 3 days a week and one day we bike or hike or swim we just MOVE MOVE MOVE!! SO sorry to hear of your sister.

Hey Crystal, You sound frustrated still. What do you think it is holding you back? When I got stuck on the scale, I usually knew why. I just need to get honest with myself. Almost every time I gave up the belief that I could succeed and started making bad food choices. You can do this. The ppl on here who are successful are just like you. You have it in you. Don't give up. There is such an awesome life and feeling waiting for you.

It is an adjustment but my ultimate goal was to work and still have a sense of being a SAHM. So I will eventually be working just weekend nights and be able to homeschool my son in the week. I am so close to living that vision. 1 more week!

I know what u mean about feeling stuck im stuck every meal just about with band and only take like two or three bites and im not losing
