Can't check out, it freezes

I bought the Dutch oven to try out the Hexclad pans. Before, I only had cast iron and non stick pans. The nonstick pans were from Calphalon. It was really hard to get even heating so searing meats was very difficult and inconsistent. The one pan from Hexclad changed the way I cook meats on the stove. The heating is so even and the pan heats up so quickly. I’m so impressed with it I ordered two of the skillets. They get here tomorrow! Great pans.

Hands down the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. Everything sticks to these. The $10 pans at walmart perform better than these pieces of garbage. And the company will not honor their warranty.

I'm gonna say something pretty aggressive here, people who buy that particular chiller are total sheep, it is outragedly priced. 1 google search shows tons for less than half that, I've watched DIY ice bath videos where they buy chillers that can get that cold for like $300 (if you want no hassle 100% guaranteed to never have problems then just pay like $500 for one). $1200 for the basic one is just stupid

How is your screen not showing flickering lines? I have tried changing the frame rate 24 fps to 30fps and it still doing it. i see that you are recording at 24fps and it looks great. there not one video online no where talking about this, I even talked to customer service at vibe and no help.
