True bhaiya...... mai ib ke bare mein khoob sochta tha aapko bhi pta hai but ab pta chla ki wha toh work culture bhut bekar hota hai normal days mein 12-14 hr kam karwate hai or kabhi kabhi 18-18 hr kaam karna hota hai koi mistake bhi ni kar sakte ho warna turant fired now i'm in doubt.......
