@knowledgefeedss they didn't say anything just student documents but in my emails they gave me a consent document even tho I already submitted one now I'm confused if I need to send the consent document again or should I give my ID with my certificate in a zip folder

Ps.I'm a sassa grant recipient I dont technically need a consent form bec I'm on sassa grant but I submitted one bec they asked anyway I'm just confused bec they asked for student documents but they didn't specify yet they sent me a email with the consent form I already submitted I have also tried whatsapping,calling,email,and messages but no response

@@sadiqjulius4482 owk then you have to fill it and submit it only the consent form as communication state that. you dont have to submit any qualification as that data is required from your registered institution not you.

you have to contact the nsfas student support, they will assist you with recovering your account.

@@senzongubane5394 they might be experiwncing a high calls rate, you just have to keep on calling or try to email them provide them with all your details and expain your problem hopefully they might reply with a link to recover your profile.

you can provide a report or matric result as a prove that you matriculated at the school, schools understand it is for school purposes they will kindly fill it out for you.

or visit your nearest centre where there are social workers explain your situation i believe they will gladly be willing to help you.

@@knowledgefeedss at my prev school the principal was not the one i knew when i matriculated but, he did not ask many questions he assisted me because i think is a process all school principals knows.

yes...it is fine remember if they wanted you to submit any declaration form they were going to specify that...sassa beneficiaries automatically qualify.

you can wait for further communication from nsfas that option might pop-up at a later stage to upload any required documents, SASSA recipients (or those whose parents/guardians receive SASSA grants) don't submit any documents....but the best option is to call the student support is toll free to get all the clarity.

try calling the help centre is toll free i am sure a specialist can answer that better...or check if you have uploaded an updated declaration form as some people use an outdated one they get from internet cafes, check at the bottom right i think it should be written 2025 something.

@@knowledgefeedss ThanQ i saw it is 2024, because they keep saying i submitted the wrong form, i will use the one on my nsfas account not from the cafe., maybe it will be accepted these time.
