"Photobooth" I remember when the days were long, And the nights when the living room was on the lawn. Constant quarreling, the childish fits, and our clothes in a pile on the ottoman. All the slander and double-speak Were only foolish attempts to show you did not mean Anything but the blatant proof was your lips touching mine in the photobooth. And as the summer's ending, The cool air will put your hard heart away. You were so condescending.. And this is all that's left: Scraping paper to document. I've packed a change of clothes and it's time to move on. Cup your mouth to compress the sound, Skinny dipping with the kids from a nearby town. And everything that I said was true, As the flashes blinded us in the photobooth. Well, I lost track, and then those words were said. You took the wheel and you steered us into my bed. Soon we woke and I walked you home, And it was pretty clear that it was hardly love. And as the summer's ending, The cool air will rush your hard heart away. You were so condescending. And this is all that's left: Scraping paper to document. I've packed a change of clothes and it's time to move on. And as the summer's ending, The cool air will rush your hard heart away. You were so condescending, As the alcohol drained the days. And as the summer's ending, The cool air will rush your hard heart away. You were so condescending. And this is all that's left: The empty bottles, spent cigarettes. So pack a change of clothes, 'cause it's time to move on.

leaves a pit in the bottom of my stomach..I think its because when i see death cab grow up...I also see myself. I grew up with these guys, changed with these guys, loved with them, cried with them, LIVED with them I heard my first death cab song in fifth grade, nearly eight years ago...I am about to start my senior year in high school. You are my favorite band, forever, always.
@YuppaThatsRightImma ...In my 244,964th visit to this video :D ...I just can't figure out why your asking if we like tacos, and why everyone's agreeing with you..
@xgetxwrongedx I never said that I didn't like them nor did I deny this fact, but I am talking strictly about sound. in comparison, I find the music and lyrical merit to be much better than the beatles. I think the sound and style of music the beatles played was highly overrated. Can't one have an opinion?
@Bomberlost cept death cab is wildly better than the beatles...I think the beatles are overrated...their career was short and their music was really not that special...I mean, I think they were really only rated so well because of the whole revolutionary scene...and them being one of the first boy rock bands... but death cab is so fucking brilliant I can't even comprehend it...
i really love this song! it gives me chills every time i listen to it! you should check out my group, Verbal Disclosure- we're definitely influenced by these guys even though our music's pretty different...
Thats good shit
These guys are Band of Horses meet The Beatles
I would love to see that combination, not sure if it would sound like this though :3
Completely disagree, and most of their best material was written before Band of Horses even formed.
