I have set this up on one of the boards you gave me it does not work where do you connect the power supply module

you have an error in the diagram in the Lesson 2 RGB LED PDF file. The black wire is not routed to the cathode of the LED on the top view of the breadboard. You put it on the lower 5 pins, which are not connected to the upper 5 pins where the cathode is.
