Hey I just acquired a 1999 Genie Z34/N22 (electric) and the only way it will operate is if I use the auxiliary power/pump switch, it doesn't matter if I try from the basket or from the ground controls. If I try to operate it normally, I just hear a clicking sound whenever I try to enable any function. I believe the alarm is also on whenever I turn the key on, It's just that the alarm is barely audible as I am guessing the alarm is broken. Any idea what might be causing it to only work from the auxiliary pump/switch and clicking when I try operating it normally? Batteries are fully charged. I had that code and found was the p con decal to enable the lift or drive function was stuck down enabling the function at start up and throwing the code change the decal turned it off and back on and everything worked good after that

If your just clearing saftey switch faults get into options by holding enter for 5 seconds while pulling estop, then press " - - v v " then enter until you see clear saftey all switch faults.

hi, same problem on a s3226e, display shows sensor problem, i check all sensors and they seems to be working, putting out about 2.5 volts to computer, the pothhole sensor 2 is sending 24V to the computer or module. the joy stick has analog voltage going to the main module or computer. any ideas? or tips? other thing there is a circuit from key switch running 24 positive voltage, but schematin says ground control circuit. and i dont get ground to solenoides unless i turn the main power on i thing. meaning the big cut out switch. schematic is called ANSI. also cant find the, and probably from factory the pressure sensor is missing, only harness pig tail is there. i will appreciate any help. or info.

I have a 5205 John Deere tractor and I changed out the water separator filter a elbow turn off nob into the pump where there is a primer above. Long story short we are dead in the water cant start . Tracked everything back to fuel pump and its going in ( fuel) an still no go.. its going into but not feeding into each injector lines.. all dry...

Been there experienced that. Made up the tools ourselves and its now in a kit especially for timing those pumps. One thing I found is to ensure taper in gear wheel and on the pump shaft gets cleaned so its spotless. No key like B-series Cummmins. Relies in the taper and a very high torque on the inj pump nut. Had to replace a bunch of these exact same Stanadyne pumps on marine Travelifts when they got a huge dose of water in their fuel supply and the filters couldnt handle it. And the plastic cap where the wires plug in is a fragile unit too.

The 4045 Powerteck, comes with factory installed Stanadyne DB4 injection pump, that has a KEY in the shaft, so no timing needed, it only goes in one way. I have never seen the type pump you are using ! What model is the pump you are installing ?

Ya can cut whatever socket size you use on the valve and then take about the same thickness/diameter of steel pipe and weld about 6-8 inch long piece to both ends and now ya have extra long sockets for those I work on boom and scissors and one of the old timers I work with told me that and comes in pretty handy alot
