Started from Ramsey Isle of man and headed north along the coast line. Dropping down to Point Of Arye Lighthouse. I headed to Ballugh for a quick snack before heading up the back road to the Bungalow on the TT Course. Then went back down the TT course to Ramsey. Couple of runs to try and get back into it. Flat runs first.

Ride out to Laxey from Derbyhaven. Taking the road to St marks and cutting across to the TT Mountain course. From here to take the back road into Laxey to the Laxey Cafe on the front. Then heading back towards Douglas and then up onto the Douglas headland. Back to Derby Haven.

After not running for many years now. Once was a broken ankle. I have gone back to it. Mainly small runs. The first two runs were in the Isle Of man while we were over there. Out to Fort Island and back. About 2 miles.
