It’s so fun exploring birth marks and other lifetimes! I have one that is a stab wound over a major organ and meridian, which has been a wealth of information for me. And with other body marks. As I’ve addressed them, some of the body marks just disappear! And I see it as “other” lifetimes and not “past” lifetimes, too - when we step out of our human linear time and into our awareness of non-linear time.

Yes thank you so much sharing 💗 I’m glad that you mentioned patchouli. I have been feeling called to work with flower spirits. Apparently patchouli is used for energetic protection, so I will be giving that a try. Also been getting the nudge to explore sacred geometry. I don’t usually see it in my field but can definitely feel the effects.
@emmamckenzie6730 ooh, amazing. Flower essence is so powerful. You are even calling them in as etheric energy beings. As for geometry, you can create it with the Qi Gong movement or look at a Sri Yantra, for example, and imagine it in your body 😍. Let me know if you try it and how it goes. x
