picking/stowing SUCKS. lol @ these comments - i lost parts of my soul to these stations.

Great job but you need to move 5x faster to be left alone by leaders lol
People tell me stow is hard but this looks pretty easy and relaxed. I might see about trying it out.
They are sticklers for numbers you need to consistently put 7 items a second in but you have to get white lights from the projector to place the items correctly or youll go to a floor full of people that aren't hitting the numbers to be retrained as well for a few days up to a week.

be carful holding other items so close to the scanner while stowing... at OKC 1 we get multiple event write ups if the scanner happens to accidently scan another item while stowing another one I did notice you backed up @ 5:40 to avoid a multiple event your a good stower keep up the good work!
I became a 7k stower (7008) on june 30th 2024 which was also the 6th time i achieved #1 spot in nation which i also have always been top 1%-4% in quality for 2 years straight everyweek
Is each tub just one order?
Not necessarily. Many are single pack single customer orders.
A bin with 6 items can have 6 different customers.
Is there a quota you have to hit everyday?
Yes. Usually 300-350 per hour.

How do you stow bottles ?
you seem to get frustrated , i use to get that when i got cross trained i hate it its all about taking your time to find the correct items on the bins and make sure to always use the scan asin method it helps alot with your rate

No. Nothing is random at Amazon. Now, screen tells you and laser light points to bin on robot. Not one single shit at Amazon is rabdomly done. You lose your job in 30 seconds.
The light which pointing is just an suggestion but not accurate so still we are allowed to stow in different bins

Not a all, you can see that the timer almost never reach 10s and the goal is to be bellow 15 to have a good rate. And bellow 10s all day long is very impressive.

How many of you pickers have left a hand-scanners in a tote and sent it down? And yes, sometimes they fall into the tote. Later, "Oh, I thought I heard something fall". Lol
I am looking at getting into this. It does look chill, compared to the Dtw9 sort center I'm at. Pushing go carts and pallet jacks. 2 years, I'm done and need new. Thanks for the training video brother.😊
