Don’t waist time to buy this product from a bad company, very bad customer service. The same item from other seller even less than $409 as a regular price, even you buy it in the right price, your warranty or refund is zero from this bad customer service. It’s unethical and miss conduct a business. I am strongly NOT recommend.

how to remove E04 error?

Hi My elitech device can't upload and stay on the old 1.3 version. I try do it with elitech tools ap and try on several devices but it keeps saying me that "your manifold EMG-20v doesn't support the ota upload". I wanted to upload in order to access to french language menu and all new functionnalities. Please let me know the way to proceed. Thanks for your help Best regards

Recently purchased the Elitech Ultra Low Digital Temperature Data Logger Medical Refrigerator Thermometer Vaccine Fridge Temperature Monitor Max Min Value GSP-6-PTE, however it is not allowing me to add the parameter for lower than -40. The device was supposed to be for ultra low temps for -80, but Elitech software does not work. Also, no instructions included on how to set up with ultra low option. I also purchased the GSP-6 and just set that one up ok, so far ok . Where can I find help for the ultra low model?
