    Brother Jorin knelt before the statue of the Unnamed God, his mind heavy with the weight of unspoken guilt. He had served this god in silence for decades, a life of discipline and devotion. The rituals were precise, the prayers unwavering. But in the recesses of his heart, small compromises had begun to stir. It started innocently-a single coin left untouched on the altar. "For the poor," he told himself, though the monastery was rich in gold and grain. Then came the whispered prayers, shortened by a word or two, his mind drifting as he allowed himself a fleeting indulgence of thought about the world outside the cloister. The Unnamed God demanded sacrifice, but over time, Jorin had learned how to temper the scales. A favor given here, a small indulgence taken there. The other monks never noticed; to them, he remained the image of piety. But Jorin knew. His prayers were no longer pure, his offerings tainted by ambition and self-interest. "I serve You," Jorin whispered, bowing low before the god. But the truth gnawed at him. He served no god but himself. Each compromise had been a step down a path darker than he had realized. Now, standing at the threshold of his life’s twilight, he wondered if the Unnamed God had ever listened at all-or if his soul had already been sold for the smallest of betrayals. But the silence of the stone statue offered no absolution. Jorin prayed anyway.

    The wooden door creaks as you push it open, stepping into the dimly lit shop that smells of aged leather and incense. The interior is cluttered with trinkets, potions, and various weapons hanging from the walls, all illuminated by flickering candles. Behind the counter stands the shopkeeper, an elderly man with a long, silver beard and eyes that seem to hold the wisdom of centuries. As you approach, your eyes are drawn to a sword displayed prominently behind him. Its blade glows faintly, etched with ancient runes, and the hilt is adorned with a dragon-shaped pommel. This is no ordinary weapon-it’s a mythic sword, whispered about in legends, said to grant its wielder unparalleled power. You make your offer, starting low, testing the shopkeeper's resolve. He eyes you carefully, a knowing smile curling on his lips. He counters with a price that nearly makes you choke, but you’re determined. You speak of the dangers you’ll face, the importance of the quest you’re on, and how the sword will be a key to saving the realm. The shopkeeper listens intently, his gaze never leaving yours, weighing your words as though measuring the worth of your soul. After a tense silence, he finally nods, agreeing to a price that’s just within your reach. You hand over your gold, your heart pounding with excitement as he retrieves the sword and places it in your hands. The blade hums with energy, and you know that this weapon is more than just steel-it’s destiny forged in metal, ready to carve a path through the unknown.

    In the sprawling cyberpunk metropolis, Chase streaked through the neon-lit streets astride his sleek black motorcycle. His mission: deliver a cache of psychedelic drugs to the clandestine Nebula Lounge, buried deep within the city's pulsating underbelly. With synthwave music pounding in his ears, Chase weaved through the chaotic traffic, his senses heightened by the adrenaline coursing through his veins. As he skidded to a halt outside the club, the air thick with anticipation, Chase felt the weight of the package strapped securely to his back. With a nod from the bouncers, he slipped into the throbbing heart of the club, the kaleidoscopic glow of neon lights illuminating his path. Inside, the club pulsed with life, the dance floor a writhing mass of bodies bathed in flickering hues of blue and pink. Making his way through the crowd, Chase located his contact - a mysterious figure cloaked in shadows, her eyes flashing with a dangerous allure. Handing over the package, Chase's pulse quickened as the woman inspected its contents with a satisfied smirk. But their transaction was abruptly interrupted as the club doors burst open, revealing a squad of armed enforcers advancing towards them. With lightning reflexes, Chase seized the woman's hand and pulled her towards the nearest exit, their escape hampered by gunfire erupting around them. Bursting out into the chaos of the night, they sprinted towards Chase's motorcycle, the sound of pursuit hot on their heels. But fate seemed to have other plans as Chase's motorcycle careened out of control, sending them crashing to the pavement in a cloud of smoke and sparks. As the enforcers closed in, all hope seemed lost - until the roar of backup echoed through the night. In a flurry of gunfire and flashing lights, Chase and his companion were whisked to safety, leaving behind the chaos of the club and the neon-lit streets. As they disappeared into the shadows, Chase couldn't help but grin, knowing that in this cyberpunk world, danger and adrenaline were always just around the corner, waiting for the next thrilling escapade.

    Hello, love your piano music^^ and I have a suggestion. Would you mind to adjust the camera angle, so that it may also show the pedaling(not only fingerings) in your upcoming videos? It will be very kind and helpful for the new players and beginners to have references from you, and also let the whole theme more complete. ^_^

    • @peteradams6334
      @peteradams6334 7 років тому

      Thanks for watching and the constructive feedback! I'll see what I can do about getting a wider camera angle to see the pedaling as well for future videos. UA-cam is a great way for my students to showcase their hard work they put in the lessons, share their talent and hopefully inspire other young players.
