Go to the leagues option for the club you are playing for, then go to club editor and click on load files, where you will get the menu shown in the video

@@Sabotaje-dominicanomas14u go into the contract Section tap on the Team that is offering and you should be at a room with 2 hands and an amount of money and a timer you need to get to an accepted amount, finally click on the contract to accept it
