This may sound weird. But what he’s describing is what I believe to be experiencing in one of their seminaries today.

Every version after the KJB, even the NKJV, has Hebrews 3:16 wrong. So blatantly obvious it would be funny if it didn't have eternal repercussions with the person who wrote the book.

I visited a SBC that believed that the ‘Elders’ control the pastor and church. They didn’t understand the difference between a scriptural elder and a church politician. This is Presbyterian form of church government.

I just don’t understand why Christians just won’t enjoy the simplicity of the Gospel of Christ. Why do certain professing believers follow a man named Jean (John) Calvin (who by the way had a man++ burned at the stake) whose made up doctrines are rank heresies? ++ Michael Servetus was a Christian living in the 1500's who incurred the wrath of John Calvin and was murdered by him and his cronies for illegitimate reasons. He was accused of heresy and railroaded through a mock trial and put to death being burned alive at the stake. Yet such an atrocity was praised by even well-known Calvinists as Bullinger and others for generations.

Calvinism at its core is to STUPID to even talk about. The only reason TRUE Christians have to hammer it into the ground is that: Nothing makes people hate God faster than Calvinism. Nothing turns people into Atheists faster than Calvinism! Nothing kills hope and love faster than Calvinism! Calvinism is nothing more than a group of puffed up intellectuals without any spiritual discernment from the holy spirit. It's just a topic of verbal gymnastics. Thank you for this concise, bold video against Calvinism! To me,Calvinism is heresy. Calvin got it from Augustine, who got it from the Gnostics. Calvin quoted from Augustine over 400 times in his "Institutes" and many acknowledged Augustine as the Father if modern Roman Catholicism. To me,Calvinism is such a serious departure from the faith,that I'm extremely reluctant to recommend the ministry of anyone who teaches it,regardless of what other good teaching they may present.

The sign of a false believer, an unbeliever who says they believe and just parrots the Gospel, is somebody who doesn't believe in eternal security.

Than God for pastors such as yourself.

No preacher/pastor wants hell to be a sermon topic, and many avoid it altogether. But how will people get saved if they aren't warned? Jesus talked more about this subject than He did heaven because He does not want people to go there. In fact, He suffered it Himself on Calvary when He cried My God My God, why hast thou forsaken me in Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34, when He became "sin for us" 2 Corinthians 5:21, so we would have a way to escape.

R.C. Sproul was a heretic! James White is a heretic! John Piper's a heretic. God's not willing that any should perish. John Calvin also had a man burned at the stake - Michael Servetus.

You talk about the verse in 2 Corinthians 6:14, to "Come out from among them and be ye separate...", there's probably going to be a split in the SBC. There are still a number of hardcore conservatives who believe the Bible, and aren't compromising with today's culture. The last two SBC presidents, J.D. Greear, and the current one, Ed Litton, are liberal nutcases, who don't have a strong stance against the LGBTQ, BLM, teach CRT, and other unbiblical doctrines. The SBC's Ethics Religious Liberty Commission, formerly headed by Russell Moore, is funded by George Soros. There's gonna be a split.
