90 Donruss went way overboard in everything that year... after the 89 Fleer Billy ripken F Face error card make their packs go from 50c to 0.99, Donruss in 1990 had tons of error cards and inserts... it wasn't until 93 that Diamond Kings were a different set and 3x more valuable than regular cards.
