I was a supervisor for one of the contractors on this job. There are still so many issues. I was just there a few weeks ago but we left due to the developer (West Bank) not paying us. IF this job ever gets finished,,, my guess is 2027 at the earliest. But there are so many issues. Not just with the money. But the engineering as well.

i was in sultan from 1974 to 1996. the schools was falling down most of the teachers had scary past . cops were very bad on the side. Drugs.and the traffic......man bad times but that said .i miss the mountains and fishing but i do miss my friends hope they got out .. sorry all i hope sultan is much better now but still way to close to Seattle

Most affordable places in seattle address is in the bad areas of west seattle, rainier beach, mlk area. If its king county, its mostly federal way, auburn, covington. I lived in seattle for over 20 years and its gotten too expensive, most of the people i know have to buy in tacoma to even be able to buy anything, and deal with the crime and commute. Many 1300 sf sfh in tacoma is already 400k.
