I was a supervisor for one of the contractors on this job. There are still so many issues. I was just there a few weeks ago but we left due to the developer (West Bank) not paying us. IF this job ever gets finished,,, my guess is 2027 at the earliest. But there are so many issues. Not just with the money. But the engineering as well.

i was in sultan from 1974 to 1996. the schools was falling down most of the teachers had scary past . cops were very bad on the side.
