Master Your Mind
Craig is someone I have admired through the social media space, the messages shared and spread about gaining the power of mastering your own mind to help create a life that is full of fulfilment and happiness. What a great time for me to share in Craig’s wisdom and passion for helping others to really gain the higher levels of power, especially in their own journey of self- development. As Craig shares, think of the word ‘mindset’ and change it to ‘mind’ ‘setting’!

A big congratulations to you Katie, great run for you at The Great Scottish Run, I ran the 10K version, but are you sure that your result was correct? I noticed you ran it in just over 2 hours 31 minutes, however, I notice a runner in the photos with you also running, that runner ran it in a time of 2:13:46, that's 18 minutes of a difference, the photo was taken in Glasgow Green within 200 metres to go.

I get the dark places. I did the 10K, my first race. Thing is, 10 months ago I had just been out on a first run after 4 weeks off to get a hip flexor issue some rest. That first run I fell in a pothole and pretty much done in my ankle ligaments. Now 10 months on, I’ve did the GSR 10K. Those dark places early on in the healing, then when I could get “running” my times were dreadfully slow. Now I’m on where I was pre injury, plus two or three minutes. I am now aiming for more next year, the train down starts Wednesday for the year. I usually take 6 weeks to train down. 2025, I now plan on taking at least that 24 seconds off my 1:14.24 time in the 10K. Might train up towards a Marathon distance. Thank god my training route has hills, lots off them, makes St Vincent Street look easy to my eyes. Rest recover and come back strong next year!!!
