Hello all of my 156 friends, both new and old, how are you doing? I hope this video finds you well and this recipe finds itself into your homes soon because this is absolutely some of the best desserts I have made this year. I say a few times that I feel like I was riding the line between good and messed completely up but in the end these worked out so well and paired with a nice cup of coffee the next morning. From a Health and Wellness prospective, you can still enjoy these in moderation. Like I mentioned they are very sweet, so treat yourself responsibly. I will defiantly be making these again and like I mentioned this is all practice for making my Yule Log this year. Lofty goals but I cannot wait to share this journey with you. My hands down favorite childhood meal has to be a good Tuna Noodle Casserole. I even texted the pictures to my best friend 🧡 and she firmly remembers the large amount of Lemon Jucie 🍋 I love using on this dish. As a busy mom, this is still my go-to for meal prep and more. My kids watched me put this reel together and asked if I made some today. Better get on that. Tuna Noodle my way. 1 bag of whatever noodles I have on hand that's not spaghetti noodles. I like using small shells and like in these reel egg noodles. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1/2 can of milk. Prepare your noodles and drain, set aside. I used the same one pot to mix my cream of mushroom with milk to create my sauce, I also added in the drained tuna at this point. If you have or want to add veggies to the mix, add cooked and drained veggies like peas in now. Also, you can mix a cup of french fried onions to mix at this point. Mix noodles with sauce base and add to well greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. You can go less, but I like the noodles to get a little crispy on top. Serve warm with lemon juice and optional to top with French fried onions. This is by no means healthy, but it is one of those comfort foods for me and my kids. I make this every few months or as an easy meal prep. I hope you enjoy 😉 it if you make this, if you do. Did you know we dehydrated as we slept? It's true. It may be from any number of factors like your environment, not hydrating enough during the day or something like diabetes even. If you do a quick search, you will find a list of reasons I've not even listed here. How do you help with that? Start your day off with water, at least 8oz like I mentioned. I drink room temperature water because sometimes the cold water is too much first thing in the morning but I do have ice in my second cup or first full water cup of the day (My water cup here I've had for years and it's 32 oz) How much water do we need? According to the Mayo Clinic, you need 15.5 cups for a male and 11.5 cups for a female, and nursing Mama's needs more fluid 16 cups a day. Remember, hydrating is a part of your health, and it also helps your skin too. #morningroutine This is as close to my usual morning as I could film, fresh out of bed. I was getting ready for a physical therapy appointment for my knees and lower back 🙃 that was so fun and definitely not painful 😅 I also highly recommend that if you are offered physical therapy, go ahead and take it. I usually am up by 4 am. during my work week, but this day, I was able to wake up at 6 a.m., so I was thankful for the extra sleep. As stated in the video, I drink my water thorough the morning. I full it the night before and usually will leave it out next to my work bag since that's where I keep all my stuff for the day. If you want a #nightlyroutine let me know in the comments. I'm considering a smokeless indoor grill, and I'm between this one, and another that has a lid, a slightly sunken cooking area, and a fan. If this one is smokeless and splatter free, this should be all I need. Is it really splatter free, and pretty much smokeless? Is it pretty much unnecessary to chose the other one?
