The 2024 Ryedale Open Studios will take place September 21-22 and September 28-29.
Nadja is based in the Vault Studio Space Kirkbymoorside. " I create all sorts of things. A lot of my work is inspired by years of travel and my love for the natural world. I work with textiles creating dolls and other creatures, but also clothes with decorations, embroidery and prints. I use string and natural and/or recycled materials to make macramé hangings and jewellery. Things I make are made to last and it is important to me to have a minimal impact on the environment.
