I thought you had to have symptoms such as dizziness before your blood pressure could be classified as low. Generally, people get symptomatic when their blood pressure is less than 90 mmHg but many don’t have symptoms until it gets much lower.

You failed or neglected to mention if a person is athletic they will naturally have a lower blood pressure. Also you never mentioned pulse ox. You sound like a medicare Dr. who has a degree from from Universidad de'El Caribe with a 3 year degree....

What to do to bring BP up ?

I would think the cuff would miss most cases of low blood pressure. People put the cuff on panic and the pressure goes up. One thing for sure if you get a low reading reading your blood pressure really is low. You can get a high reading and it's just panic.

I think everyone in medical thinks whoever walks in is dehydrated.

There are so many more symptoms. Heat intolerance, histamine intolerance, fatigue, feeling extremely ill, weakness, widespread pain and fainting. You feel like your going to die, it’s extremely frightening. I had it from toxic mold exposure and my daughter has it now and has had it for 9 years. It’s completely debilitating and unpredictable.
