I do I used dynamite on Noobador but for Floors 1-8 it isn't needed because I one shot every enemy no matter what

@@spbserega I've never played block tales casually so I never really explored it I started the game by trying Level 1 Hellmode as my playthrough I discovered it a few days prior to this video and then discovered multiple copies existed

@@spbserega yesterday I was outside for the whole day with some friends so I didn't get much progress but I learnt how to dodge tendrils attack and now I'm getting actual runs I finally found a strategy on beating bubonic plant but I'll have to dodge quite a few attacks but I got him down to 20 hp Just know that finding a good strategy and learning the tendrils attack took a while (and also I wasn't very active) but now I'm fully grinding this boss I have no clue if I'm beating this

@@spbserega now after more runs I'm getting frustrated that I may just try the boss on Hard Mode Thick Skill Thrill Seeker Itemless first for practice and then try the real deal in the guru rematch but there's always the possibility that I quit because I can't get consistent with the attacks At least with cruel king I had practice from a previous challenge but with bubonic plant I only fought it once before even doing this challenge There is someone else doing this challenge but with thorns card so they'll probably be the one to beat bubonic plant tho But maybe there's an easier strategy for beating this boss that I don't know about I'll check the wiki for every single card I JUST realized I can switch fireBALL FOR A DIFFERENT card because I have ROCKET BOOTS (even if they cost 3 sp) I'm so dumb I can USE MINIMIZE softener OR daze This idea sucks Nevermind

You don't "get" hell mode but lots of people refer to the use of Hard Mode Thick Skull Thrill Seeker and Gusto as Hell Mode I put Level 1 in the title because Thick Skull is not included in Hell Mode, itemless because I'm not using items and I put No Gusto because I'm not using Gusto So it's Technically Hell Mode 3/4 but I'd argue what I'm doing is harder than hell mode

@ I've found a way to beat it but it involves a bit of rng and a bit of skill but I feel more confident now in beating this I just lost all my confidence this fight will be hell GIVE ME 5 DAYS

@@spbserega I just looked at Bubonic Plant's attack pattern and this may just be impossible. The only way I see me beating this is getting good at dodging Bite, Acid, and getting EXTREMELY good rng because I just don't know how to dodge the Tendrils...

@@spbserega it was fun... until cruel king arrived I wouldn't say it's would be one of the biggest achievements but it's definitely very hard (and I don't have the skill to do this) but that isn't stopping me from trying. I feel like Chapter 2 bosses won't be that bad up until Bubonic Plant (it's going to be a huge difficulty spike) but Ice Dagger will be extremely useful (as well as rocket launcher + slingshot) but we will see how it goes...

@Exerium0 rocked boots could be useful again bubonic plant since he vulnerable to fire (if you somehow forgot about it). I think you definitely could win if you gonna be lucky with his rush attacks

@@spbserega I mean fireball still stands to be my goat but yea any form of fire damage will be used against bubonic no matter what Realizing if I use rocket launcher I can't use fireball so the rocket boots may be useful after all Reading this comment I have to ask what the MTF challenge even is

@ if I survived cruel king I'm confident in my ability to reach bubonic plant now beating bubonic plant is a whole different thing and while I'll try I honestly don't know if I'll have the endurance to beat him (although In chapter 2 I have more options like Ice Dagger, Rocket Launcher + Slingshot, Rocket Boots (meh fireball still better) so it may happen

@@spbserega originally I was gonna add hitless to this but I decided for the sake of my sanity not to, I'm already at cruel king and ever since level 1 hell mode I've gotten much better at his attacks Originally I was worried about him but I did a couple of runs and it seems fairly doable (fireball carry) I retract my statement. This boss is utter hell
