The conciliation officer can be appointed by the gov , or board of conciliation or labour court. Labour court decides the legality of court. ( Legal & illegal strike) 16:17 schedule 2 = labour court lookafter Schedule 3 = tribunal. Look after Jurisdiction of labour court Answer schedule 2 is the answer to write in exam.. Tribunal jurisdiction schedule 3. Upon the disputes nature Gov decides the disputes to refer upon the settling authority. National tribunal cover cases btw 2 or morea States.
