All the Westerners commenting on oil and grease in this video but they are the first to go and experience this on holiday. Hell, in Vietnam they sit beside the tracks and eat lunch. Then they don't think about the oil and grease. Asia is different to the rest of the world, embrace it for what it is and you will have a ball compared to boring, every where you go is the same western world.

Too much water so high operating costs + maintenance costs high + no need + locals probably never used flush toilet and since this train ISNT a tourist attraction, but rather a local train for locals, no reason for it to be changed.
