Great story, thank you! I had no idea how much of the windsurfing content I have watched over the years is apparently from Alfie Hart. Thank you Alfie Hart! Very interesting to hear about effect of watching all the excellence. Obsessively watched a VHS tape back in the day showing Marc Girardelli's slalom technique, audio for the tape stated: "The study of cybernetics has proven that repeatedly viewing correct technique in any activity, coupled with visualization, can produce dramatic improvements in performance." Time to watch more windsurfing tv!!! 🔥
