@@filmisla I was essentially a straight A student. I graduated in the top 10 of my class. Good grades are great but I think you stand out with your essay and your extra curricular activities. Just be yourself and you will end up where you’re supposed to be. Good luck!!!

Hi, yeah! It’s a learning curve so don’t stress if some things take time. 1. Google calendar - plan what you can as soon as you can so you know when assignments, projects, everything is do ahead of time 2 - Be intentional about making time to hang out with friends. Join clubs, plan activities, and if you feel like you don’t have a lot of time, plan to have meals with friends in the dinning hall. It’s affordable and convenient 3. Do not give up your sleep. It doesn’t last. It’s better do wake up early then to sleep late. Get into the habit of saying you can finish it in the morning as opposed to staying up until the morning. You’re falling asleep anyways, diminishing returns. Hope this helpsss! Good luckkk

I’m actually going to Bing and I’m not a Bing student! If Binghamton sees potential in your application but you don’t have the grades for it they accept 100 or so people into their BAP (Binghamton Advantage) program. This means you take classes at SUNY Broome which is a community college near Bing, but you still get to dorm in Binghamton! If you earn 30 credits and maintain a 3.5 gpa you can transfer into Bing the following year. If you don’t, you need 60 semesters the second year and a 3.5 gpa to transfer the third year. Hope this wasn’t confusing and it’s not too late but I hope it helps!
